We know that emotional tension somehow moves into the physical body too.


If you do want to talk about it, I'm also a clinical hypnotherapist specialising in anxiety.


I believe we have a powerful mind body connection. Releasing tensions and stress in the emotional or physical body can be achieved with body or mind therapies and so I offer a choice of either or both. Whichever choice you make I am here to help.
