Walk into your mind: Conquer that fear

Consider this:

Fears are not real.

Fears are imagined.

Fears are learnt behaviours and can be unlearnt.

We can rethink that old fear.

That old fear is now is the past.

We will transform the negative thoughts and emotions that fear once created for you.

Then reimagine how you want that experience to be.

You will instead bring into reality your preferred response to that thing, experience or time.

You will see yourself as you want to be, feeling how you want to feel, responding in a way that feels really good to you.
