Massage accompanied by a cashmere blanket of sound

Updated: Apr 18

Sound healing is a soothing way to complete your massage or reflexology session with me.

I would like you to experience the pleasure of the sounds of tuning forks and Tibetan singing bowls for yourself.

So, I am gifting a fifteen minute sound healing session with every paid for massage (or reflexology) treatment.

I have always loved and delighted in music, so it was a natural progression for me to learn how to play tuning forks to comfort and calm clients.

According to psychology professor Dacher Keltner, in his book published in 2024, "Awe", research evidence has proven that sounds are a wonderful way to reduce the heart rate and lower blood pressure. Excellent for your good health! Sound also activates feelings of awe, found to reduce inflammation in the body.

"Music, sounds, surround us in a cashmere blanket of sound." (Dacher Keltner)

You will find sound healing to be a completely new and enjoyable experience which is hard to put into words. A real comfort. So try it and see for yourself!
