Women have stronger backs than men!

In the course of evolution, the female body has reacted to the special circumstances of pregnancy by adapting the structures of the spine to become even stronger. However, as you will know if you have given birth, (supported by research evidence), back pain can increase during and following pregnancy due to the "baby load". You can take care of yourself with physical movement/exercise.

Post pregnancy, sports, hot stone and shiatsu massage can also help ease muscular and joint tension. To make an appointment, please visit wright4relaxation.com or call Emma on 07855 173810.
