In one or two sessions BWRT (Brain working recursive therapy) can change the way you feel and respond to anxiety, trauma or worry. During the session you spend just seconds thinking of the anxiety trigger. It’s not like counselling where you have to share upsetting details and dig deep into whatever you are trying your best to avoid consciously or unconsciously.

If you don’t want to talk about whatever is bothering you – or you are at a loss as to what’s going on, but you know you’re not feeling your best self - then massage or reflexology can relax you, calm you and clear your mind.

You choose the approach that’s best for you. After all, you are the expert in you.
