I certainly enjoy using my imagination and creativity which I believe has improved with regular self-hypnosis.
I find losing myself in making art allows my imagination to flow and that feels good.
Today my imagination took me back to a happy memory when my husband and I enjoyed walking through field upon field of tulips and windmills in Holland. It feels satisfying to use these lockdown times to enjoy self-hypnosis and to strengthen that creativity muscle! Top say 'Goodbye' to anxiety too.
