Hypnotherapy - it works!

I am often asked, well what is hypnotherapy and what does it do? Are you curious too? This is a great description. Thanks for taking the time out to have a read.
"I've been having online hypnotherapy sessions with Emma since around Covid started and we were no longer able to meet face-to-face. Working a stressful job in IT, having the opportunity to switch off my mind and truly relax is incredibly important and necessary.
Emma has a variety of different scripts and techniques to suit your needs, for example relaxation, building confidence, letting go of stress and anxiety, feeling more positive and many more. She has also done a few online sessions for my colleagues at work as part of our wellbeing initiatives, which were very well received.
The sessions last up to an hour, but often feel timeless and with Emma's soothing voice guiding me through the visualisations, I am left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. I have noticed that I am now able to more easily manage my stress at work and switch off my mind once I am done for the day instead of dwelling on it. The techniques have helped me form healthier habits (e.g. around getting enough sleep) and I find them very beneficial.
