April is Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) Awareness Month.

I have used hypnotherapy and reflexology with success to help clients with IBS. The National Institute of Clinical Excellence (NICE), approve of and recommend hypnotherapy as an effective treatment for IBS.

Just by talking about IBS, we can improve our understanding and most importantly be supportive of people experiencing IBS.
