We are committed to motivating you to be your best self, so we are hosting this event for FREE! Enjoy Winnie’s ‘Kick Start Your Fitness’ session and join in with Annabella’s Belly Dance class.
Also enjoy a half hour session of guided visualization and relaxation, and confidence building. Includes Tips for confidence (supported by research evidence).
